Alaklı village of Sharur region has become a modern residential area

Creating a modern infrastructure in the villages of the autonomous republic and putting into operation new social facilities is another sign shown for human values. The constructive work serves to the effective management of villages, the comprehensive education of the younger generation, the increase of the population, and the comfort and well-being of the residents. Sharur district, the largest settlement in the autonomous republic, has also been a part of this development and progress. Complex construction work has been carried out in the villages of the region in recent years.

On November 6, new social facilities were opened in Alakli village of Sharur region.

On November 6, new building of Alakli village secondary school was opened.

The Chairman of the Supreme Majlis of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening.

The head of Executive Power of Sharur Region Kamal Jafarov stated that as well as other settlements in the autonomous republic, Sharur region has also grown to a new stage of development. The renovation of villages, expansion of individual farms and opening of new workplaces have resulted in the increase of people’s well-being and population growth. Three school buildings, three village centers, three service centers, the Central Hospital of the district were built or reconstructed in Sharur district during the previous year. Currently, the construction of secondary school in Arabyengija, an outpatient clinic, a village and a service center, restoration of the bathhouse of the XVIII century in Yengija, reconstruction of the 60-apartment residential building in Sharur, as well as the fresh water and sewerage lines of the city of Sharur are underway.

Director of the Alakli village secondary school, Israfil Guliyev said that the large-scale construction works included the village of Alakli into line of modern villages. Putting into operation a modern school building in the village is a continuation of the care provided for the development of education. Israfil Guliyev expressed his gratitude on behalf of the collective for the comprehensive educational conditions.

The Chairman of the Supreme Majlis of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov made a speech at the event: The national leader Heydar Aliyev advised that “We need to build schools that meet the modern requirements to educate the youth of our country”. In the modern school building, the necessary conditions are created for the organization of education, libraries, sports facilities, laboratories, subject studies, new technologies and latest teaching methods are applied. Alakli village secondary school has also been in line with modern teaching requirements.

Congratulating the collective the Chairman of the Supreme Majlis said: electronic boards, computer rooms, rich library, sports facilities and hall to ensure the youth to grow healthy have been put into operation, the school has been provided with qualified teachers. Therefore, the created conditions should be used efficiently and educated young people should be prepared. Everyone who finishes secondary school should be able to choose a profession and become a citizen of our country. It is the main duty of the teachers to train educated, patriotic young people. The achievements of the school give grounds to say that the teaching has been properly established. The efficient use of created conditions will make possibility to increase the achievements of school and to include Alakli village secondary school into list of prestigious schools of the autonomous republic.

The Chairman of the Supreme Majlis congratulated the collective again and thanked to those who contributed to the construction of the school building.

Three storey school building is for 234 students. There are 12 classrooms including 3 electronic board classrooms, physics and chemistry-biology labs, military study, chess room, computer room, teachers’ room, psychologist’s room, library and sports hall at school.

The Chairman of the Supreme Majlis visited the library, classrooms and studies, and was interested in the organization of education.   

The library has 3190 books including 1030 textbooks and 2160 fiction books, and is available for use by teachers and students, the section consisting of the books that are necessary to read has been established there.   Chemistry-biology and physics studies have been equipped with practical equipment corresponding to the curriculum, and an electronic textbook on exact sciences has been created. New technologies have been established in teaching process, 19 computers sets have been installed and connected to the internet. In the class with electronic board, the distance lesson held among the 201 secondary schools of the autonomous republic and the house museum of Husein Javid was watched.

The Chairman of the Supreme Majlis who met with the teachers of the school congratulated them, expressed the hope that the contemporary conditions created at school would provide a comprehensive organization of teaching and wished success to the collective work.

Young teacher Sahil Alizadeh thanked on behalf of pedagogical collective and said: There is great care for the youth in the autonomous republic, they are provided with jobs in health, culture, education, civil service and other spheres. I also took part in this year’s educational fair and got a job in Alakli village secondary school. I am teaching English at school. All conditions have been created for my activity. Having a modern school building will further increase our responsibility. We promise that we will try to make sure that the young people will be able to get comprehensive education.

Renovation work was also carried out in the yard of the building, buffet and outdoor sports facilities were put into operation.

 Alakli village Children’s Music School will operate in the new building.

Along with the education of the younger generation in the autonomous republic, special attention is paid to reveal their talents and abilities, as well as the effective organization of their leisure time. Ensuring the activities of extra-scholastic educational establishments and the introduction of modern buildings for children’s musical schools are of great importance in this respect.

A new building of the Alakli Village Children’s Music School was put into operation on November 6.

It was noted that the music school has 23 classrooms, a director’s room, a teachers’ rooms, a room for repairing musical instruments, a concert hall and a library. The library is provided with teaching aids and literature on the theory of music. Five pianos put into usage of the students at the school equipped with modern inventory and equipments. There are departments of folk musical instruments, piano and theoretical subjects in the music school. Musicians are trained on specialty tar, kamancha, piano, garmon, drum and saz. Also at the school, bands of folk musical instruments, saz players and dump players, choral collectives and an amateur yalli group consisting of children of musicians were created.

The Chairman of the Supreme Majlis has given instructions on enriching the library with textbooks and literature on the theory of music.

While viewing the room for repairing musical instruments, Rashad Hasanli, a young craftsman who is engaged in the repair and preparation of national musical instruments said that he had passed a course on the preparation of national musical instruments. He has a great interest in this area. Created conditions will allow him to operate more efficiently.

The Chairman of the Supreme Majlis viewed the national musical instruments, and stressed the importance of creating the necessary conditions for the activities of young craftsmen.

Then the Chairman of the Supreme Majlis met with teachers of the music school and congratulated them on the launch of the new building:  Today, lessons are conducted on 6 specialties in 3 departments of Alakli Village Children’s Music School. Young people from surrounding villages also receive music education at this school. This is of great importance for the effective organization of leisure time of young people, revealing their talent and preventing our national music. Created conditions will help to attract more young people to the school, to increase the number of specialties taught.

The Chairman of the Supreme Majlis said: Those who have music senses, able to play music instruments are those who have special talents. Revealing these talents and continuing our ancient and rich musical traditions are the main tasks facing the collective. In addition to national music, teachers should teach world music to younger generations. The functioning of various specialties at Nakhchivan Music College and the Faculty of Fine Arts of Nakhchivan State University will enable young people who graduate music schools to continue their education.

The Chairman of the Supreme Majlis wished the collective success in fulfilling the tasks set.

The school’s teacher Aida Asgarova expressed her gratitude and said that in the autonomous republic, as well as in all spheres, constant attention is paid to the development of culture. The most prominent example of this is the construction of modern cultural centers, including music schools, in the towns, settlements and villages of the autonomous republic. The construction of a modern building for the Alakli Village Children’s Music School has caused the collective’s joy. Teachers will be more responsive to their responsibilities through the efficient use of the conditions created.

Government bodies will operate in the new village center

The Chairman of the Supreme Majlis of  Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov also opened the Alakli Village Center and got acquainted with the conditions created in the building.

It was reported that on the ground floor of the village center there is a library, communication house, medical center, police station and veterinary stations. The New Azerbaijan Party territorial first organization, representative office of administrative territorial entity, the municipality, the statistics room, the culture house and the hall of 42 seats are on the first floor of the building. In the village library, which has an indispensable role in educating the population and effectively organizing leisure time, the necessary conditions have been created for the readers. There are 7472 books in the library.

In the work room allocated for the veterinary station, the necessary medicines have been provided.  The activity of post department has been provided in the communication house of the village center, Automatic Phone Station has been installed.

The head of the New Azerbaijan Party territorial first organization Javid Huseynov expressed his gratitude for the conditions created and added that it would enable them to expand their activities.

The Chairman of the Supreme Majlis was interested in the quality of medical services provided to the population in the village.

It was noted that the medical center was provided with necessary medical equipments and medicines. Medical workers pay serious attention to timely vaccination and hygienic rules in the village.  

A new service center and ceremony house was opened in the village of Alakli

On November 6, a new service center was put into operation in Alakli village.

It was informed that the construction of such service centers in the villages is of great importance. The service center includes hair dresser, women’s beauty salon, tailor, meat selling place, food and household goods stores. The opening of the center also led to the opening of new jobs in the village. At present 6 people are employed here.

After the acquaintance with the center the Chairman of the Supreme Majlis met with the inhabitants.

The Chairman of the Supreme Majlis said: Conducting renovation work in the villages and putting into operation new social facilities creates confidence in the country for future. The inhabitant of the village Vagif Bayramov expressed his gratitude and said: The construction work and created modern infrastructure turned Alakli from village to settlement. All social problems of the village have been solved. Our children are taught at a modern school in the village. The main occupation of the villagers is farming. We sell our products in the market and fairs easily. It makes an opportunity to extend our farms.

The same day the Chairman of the Supreme Majlis visited the ceremony house in the village as well.

Village elder Arif Kazimov said: Today is an important day in the life of Alakli village. The construction work held in the village is met with great gratitude in the village. The construction of the new ceremony house is a good example of respect for our values as well as ensuring the comfort of the residents. Seeing all this, once again we are convinced that the dreams of our great leader Heydar Aliyev have become a reality.

Then there was a visit to the ceremony hall, consisting of two halls and a kitchen. Water, electricity and gas lines are supplied to the building and the kitchen is equipped with the necessary inventory. 

The village road is constructed in accordance with modern requirements

On November 6, Alakli village highway was put into operation after the construction work.  

The Chairman of the Supreme Majlis cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening. It was reported that the 5300-meter highway has been expanded and the asphalt cover has been laid.  The road construction work was carried out in accordance with engineering and technical requirements, 125 water passages, 2 water conductors, 2230 meters of concrete canals were laid.

Renovation work was carried out during construction work in the village Alakli. In the village, communication, electricity, gas and water lines were renewed, 2310 meters of fiber-optic cable, 13 thousand 580 meters of communication, 670 meters of electricity and 380 meters of gas line have been installed, a 1-kilometer fresh water line was restored to improve the population’s drinking water needs.
