Last year, on November 28 Sadarak region Culture House was put into operation and it opened up new opportunities for the development of culture in this region. Several cultural objects are operating in the culture house built in a modern style. Modern working conditions have been established for nearly 40 workers. The created conditions make it possible to conduct different cultural-mass events here.
In this newly launched Culture house children’s yalli group, drawing (master is Farrukh Gasimov), garmon (master is Sahib Jafarov) circles for children are operating. The care towards children’s yalli group and circles deserves worth of mentioning. 10 easels were presented to children’s drawing circle by the state. Revealing of talented children is also in the focus of attention in the culture house. It is planned to create handicrafts circle in the culture house.
On January 15, a master class was conducted for the members of drawing circle of Sadarak Region Culture House by the organization of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
Before the lesson the collaborator of the ministry Leyla Alimardanova made a speech and mentioned that Nakhchivan was declared the capital of Islamic culture for 2018 at the sixth conference of ministers of culture of Islamic Countries held in Baku on October 14, 2009. Several events will be held on this occasion by the ministry and cultural institutions. Today’s master class is being held under the motto “Nakhchivan capital of Islamic culture-2018”.
The director of Nakhchivan State Art Gallery, the member of Artists’ Union of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Hokuma Mammadli stated that all necessary conditions have been established for the healthy and all-round growth of the children in our independent state. The painting circle operating here is also important in identifying the talent and ability hidden inside children. The main purpose of the master class is to instill a sense of interest, love and pride in children for the rich culture of our country, Islamic-Turkish architectural and historical monuments, spiritual wealth, artistic works and beautiful things that created in life.
Together with our national culture and art, children are taught to learn, to comprehend the art of universal culture, artistic works, samples of fine art created by world nations. It is also important to teach children how to use painting, graphics and sculpture genres, working techniques, tools and materials. It was noted that the main purpose of today's lesson is to direct children to this art correctly, to inform them about the artist's thoughts, feelings, imaginations, and the figurative expression of his attitude to the surrounding world, which is the basis of fine art.
Then the teacher of Art School named after Bahruz Knagarli Ali Mamiyev mentioned that besides learning the principles of the realistic descriptions, methods of things, it has extensive opportunities for independent creative work and the formation of aesthetic pleasure.
Experience shows that students should not only be able to master theoretical knowledge and be able to apply it easily during drawing. First, painting classes should start with a still-life, and then improve to more complicated illustrations. To reveal the student's talent, knowledge and abilities, the still-life should be clear, interesting and purposeful. The teacher should inform about the content, structure, nature, its inaccuracy, and the manner in which it will continue before the class starts. Learners should also be taught to identify the mistakes and ways of eliminating them in drawing.
At the end of the master class the questions of the students and teachers were answered.
