The seminar-training at the "Khan Palace" State Historical-Architectural Museum, Momina Khatun and the Museum In Open Air

"The significant raise of social-cultural role of the museums in the modern society turns them into an active participant of cultural processes. The museums are the cultural centers preserving the memories of the past and cultural heritage. The social-economical development of the modern time sets tasks for museums. One of these tasks is to improve professional ability of the museum guides".

These ideas were stated at the seminar-training held by the organization of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic for the museum guides at the "Khan Palace" State Historical-Architectural Museum, Momina Khatun and the Museum In Open Air on January 25.

Speaking the importance of the event, Gumral Asadova, the head adviser of the ministry on cultural heritage and museum work, made a speech on "The behavior rules of a museum guide" and mentioned that museums of different profiles are operating in the autonomous republic. The museums are paid special attention, their financial-technical base is strengthened, the professional level of the stuff is developed. After the Decree of the Chairman of the Supreme Majlis of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic "On strengthening relations with the museums" dated December 19, 2014, there has been a significant increase in the number of museum visitors. This, in turn, requires responsible and active work of museum staff, guides, as well as it is necessary to develop intelligible and fluent speech skills in the presentation of exhibits.

The anniversary of the People’s artist was marked

An event was held on the occasion of the 60^th anniversary of People’s artist Yasaman Ramazanova at Nakhchivan State Musical Theatre named after Jalil Mammadguluzadeh.

The deputy minister of the culture and tourism of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Rashad Khudiyev opened the event and stated that there is great care and attention to the outstanding art figures in our ancient land. The jubilee of Yasaman Ramazanova, who celebrates her 60th birthday today, is a clear example of this. He congratulated Yasaman Ramazonova on the occasion of her anniversary, wished her creative success.

The collaborator of the ministry, People’s artist Kamran Guliyev made a speech on the life and creativity of Yasaman Ramazanova and mentioned that the outstanding actress was born in Tumbul village of Nakhchivan city. The interest and passion for art, theatre took her to the folk theatre subordinated to Nakhchivan city Culture House number 1. The young actress performed her first roles in the performances of prominent writers. The various images and characters played by her at the stage of Nakhchivan theatre gained her audience sympathy who graduated from Azerbaijan State Art Institute. The many roles played by the actress on our stage give information about a broad and diverse range of creative possibilities of her. Yasamen Ramazanova has once again confirmed that she has extensive creative capabilities by creating vivid and natural dramatic images in tragic, lyric-psychological roles. She was the art director and the head of Nakhchivan State Puppet Theatre named after M.T.Sidgi in 2005-2016.

"I love cinema" film quiz

On January 24, the film quiz called "I love cinema" organized by the Nakhchivan State Film Fund and Ordubad region Education Department was held at the Ordubad Region Culture House.

Collectives of students in VII-X classes of Ordubad region secondary schools took part in the film quiz. The objectives of this film quiz are to make a sensation on schoolchildren to cinema and promote our national film art.

The students of Ordubad city secondary school №3 and the boarding school, Andamic, Dasta, Ashaghi Aylis, Nusnus and Vanand village secondary schools participated in the film quiz which was held in Ordubad for the second time.

15 questions were asked to the teams of the students of these schools in the selection tour of the film quiz and each correct answer was evaluated.

The proper and purposeful socio-economic policy carried out in the autonomous republic has also had a strong impact on the development of the cultural sphere as every aspect of the society. In particular, children's music schools have benefited more from the state care. In our autonomous republic, which looks like a big construction space, new and up-to-date standards buildings for children's musical schools have been constructed and equipped with a strong material and technical base. One of these schools is Bananiyar village children’s music school. The complex construction work that began in 2014 in the village of Bananiyar was completed in 2015, and on February 5, the Children's Music School was put into operation together with other buildings. The created conditions have increased the responsibility of the school staff and set high goals. The school collective has always succeeded and awarded with dozens of diplomas and honorary decrees at autonomous republican level competitions, musical and intellectual games.

An event titled "Islamic values in Nakhchivan and their protection" held

On January 24, by the organization of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, an event titled "Islamic values in Nakhchivan and their protection" was held for the young people operating in the institutions of the ministry system at Nakhchivan State Film Fund.

The senior consultant on the work with educational institutions of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Kanan Taghizadeh made a speech stating that Nakhchivan was declared the capital of Islamic culture for 2108 at the sixth conference of the ministers of culture of Islamic countries held in Baku on October 14, 2009. The aim of today’s event is to get acquainted the young with Islamic culture and values, to enlighten them.

It was stated that Islamic religion in Azerbaijan spread in VII-VIII centuries and forms the basis of national and spiritual values of our people. Today, we are proud to say that the great people of Azerbaijan's Islamic culture - Nizami Ganjavi, Mohammed Fuzuli, Nasiruddin Tusi, Gatran Tabrizi and many other great personalities made a great contribution to world civilization and enriched Islamic culture.
