Excursion of students to Khanagah Monument complex

Naxçıvanda tələbələrin Xanəgah Abidə kompleksinə ekskursiyası təşkil olunub On December 6, by the organization of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, IV-year students of tourism and hospitality specialty of Nakhchivan State University and “Nakhchivan” University went on excursion to Khanagah Monument Complex.

The head of tourism department of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Akbar Novruzov informed the students that on March 18, 2016, the Supreme Majlis of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic held a consultation on "Tourism development in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic", and important tasks were set up for the relevant organizations. In order to implement the given tasks, the Ministry also prepared a Plan of Action and a number of activities were undertaken to develop and promote tourism. Preparation of electronic resources promoting the tourism potential of the autonomous republic and posting on the Internet is being continued consistently. The internet campaign “We present Nakhchivan” held on the occasion of September 27-World Tourism Day by the Ministry and Nakhchivan Tourism Information Center, about 1000 photos and over 150 video clips on 10 sections related to the tourism opportunities of our ancient land were shared.

Master classes continue

By the organization of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the master class was conducted for the teachers and students of children’s music schools of Babek region at Babek region Children’s Music school.

Before the lesson, the collaborator of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Leyla Alimardanova noted that the main purpose of these lessons is to improve the quality of teaching, to develop students’ skills and abilities.

A concert of Nakhchivan State Children’s Philharmonic was held in Ordubad city

On December 5, a concert of Nakhchivan State Children’s Philharmonic was held at the boarding school in Ordubad. Before the concert, Ariz Aghayev, the director of the Nakhchivan State Children’s Philharmonic, said that favorable conditions for children to grow up and study in a healthy environment were created in our Autonomous Republic. Effective organization of leasure time of the growing generation, along with the discovery of talented children, is also a focus of attention today. For this purpose, a number of infrastructure areas have been created and put into their use in our Autonomous Republic.

It was noted that Nakhchivan State Children’s Philharmonic, established by the Order of the Chairman of the Supreme Majlis of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic on April 19, 2010, is one of these cultural institution. All conditions have been created to demonstrate children’s creative potential and talent in the Philharmonic. There are children’s musical instruments ensemble, chamber orchestra, song and dance ensemble, choral collective, mugham performers there. The concerts of young talents are organized and various events are held to demonstrate their talents.

On December 5, a roundtable discussion was held at the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Literature Museum named after J.Mammadguluzade.

Gumral Mamiyeva, Senior Adviser of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, launched the discussion and noted that a lot of work had been done to establish new museums and improve the activities of museums and these cultural centers are built at the level of modern requirements. In addition to creating an extensive network of museums in our ancient city, it is also important that they are diverse. Today there are historical-ethnographic museums, memorial museums, museum complexes and museums on history of our statehood in our Autonomous Republic. All of these play an important role in the preservation of our cultural heritage, the enrichment of moral-aesthetic , ideological-political outlook of the younger generation and patriotic education.

It was noted that the orders of the Chairman of the Supreme Majlis of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic on the museums are the indicators of attention and concerns to this field. These orders have played an important role in the creation of new museums, increased interest in these cultural centers, and the proper functioning of museums. The construction of new buildings for our museums, their repair, reconstruction and providing financial and technical base help to improve the standards of work.

An open lesson for pupils of Nakhchivan city secondary school № 9 was held

An open lesson was organized at the Heydar Aliyev Museum for pupils of the Nakhchivan city secondary school № 9.

Afsana Maharramova, the guide of the museum, spoke to the audience about the topic of "Eternal leader Heydar Aliyev" and said that independence of Azerbaijan became eternal and irreversible with the return of the great leader Heydar Aliyev to the political power.

The guide acquainted pupils with historical documents reflecting the life and activity of the national leader and gave them detailed information about stands dedicated to childhood and youth years of this phenomenal personality, decisions and orders issued by him.
