Heydar Aliyev Palace

 The building consists of 4 floors including the basement. There are 276-seat conference room and 943-seat concert hall in the palace. The building of the palace houses the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Nakhchivan State Philharmonic Hall, Art Gallery and State Film Fund, Scientific and Methodological Center for Culture, "Nakhchivan Cuisine" Culinary Center.  198-seat conference room, located on the first floor of the palace, is equipped with modern technology, designed for simultaneous translation in three languages. Also, there is a room assigned for special guests. In addition, in the lobby on the second floor are provided all conditions for recreation of about a thousand spectators.
