Impressions of employees at the University of Sienna in Italy about Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic

The employees of the University of Sienna in Italy visited Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The guests expressed their impressions about the visit like that:

Paolo Konti, The chief of delegation: "Nakhchivan, the charming corner of Azerbaijan, made a pleasant impression on us with its modernity and historical monuments. The people of Nakhchivan is so friendly and hospitable. We highly appreciate the development, order and renovation in Nakhchivan. Nakhchivan has fresh air, a beautiful nature and strong infrastructure. The use of alternative and recyclable energy sources is developing. In comparison, the energy produced by alternative and recyclable energy sources is 10% of general production in Italy and a few European countries, but in Nakhchivan this is more than 60%. I simply adore it".

Tommaso Kolonna, the member of delegation: "Our visit to an important part of Azerbaijan, Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, allows us to get broad information about this ancient town. Especially, providence of education system with modern equipments , existence of medical waters in the autonomous republic are the indicators of Nakhchivan's high development and tourism potential. During the trip we visited  many historical places and cultural institution. The most memorable one among them was "Nakhchivanqala" History-Architecture Museum Complex. Nakhchivan Solar Electric Station also made a high impression on us. We have witnessed that the measures on using alternative energy sources are exemplary.

Fatimeh Riyazi:We are pleased to visit to Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. We were welcomed in the places we visited. In 50 year old educational institution application of modern information technologies, attitude between student and teacher, usage of new training methods, interests of students to learning knowledge, their information about historical and cultural monuments of their motherland  prove that teaching in this educational institution is in the level of today's demands. During the trip we visit many cultural places of autonomous republic. The works which was exhibited in Picture Galery of Haydar Aliyev Palace were very delighted. In these pictures historical monuments, sceneries, modern settlements and development of the region were displayed. It is possible to feel the artisans of Nakhchivan's loyalty to their own motherland in these works.
