Designed on a special project, the restaurant has become a favorite place for families in a short time with its fine contributions to the landscape of our city, as well as delicious national dishes. The “Nuh yurdu” restaurant is very picturesque and tastefully built. There are all conditions for the rest of the residents of our city, as well as the guests coming to the autonomous republic, national kitchen samples are also introduced.

It should be noted that the ‘Nuh yurdu” restaurant, with a total area of 8,424 square meters consists of a café around the lake, two and three-storied restaurant buildings with different design, and the ship resembling Noah’s Ark.

There are 7 seating places in the café around the lake, with 1 motion on the water. The transparent glass of the floor makes it possible for you to enjoy the water animals and attracts everyone’s attention here. There are 8 rooms on the ground floor of a two-storey restaurant building. The interior design and structure of the rooms called “Village room”, “East room and “Modern room” are very different. On the second floor, there are two banquet rooms each with a capacity of 50 people. The three-storey restaurant building combines modern design elements. There is a cafeteria on the ground floor of the building.  Fish dishes are served on the first floor, national meals made from meat, as well as those who want to taste the most delicious Turkish cuisine are offered to go up to the third floor. 300 guests can be easily served here. This cafe designed as a model of “Noah’s Ark” draws attention of everyone who comes to the resting place and is met with great interest. The cafe consists of 3 open, 2 covered halls. The cold drinks offered here on the hot summer days are a source of satisfaction for the guests.

All the dishes in the restaurant are made of vegetables grown in the autonomous republic, from local meat and dairy products. The delicacies of our national cuisine, as well as the Turkish cuisine, are a source of pleasure to everyone. Here you can find all kinds of kebab and various dolma kinds. One of the delicious dishes of the colorful national cuisine of Nakhchivan is the piti (kind of eastern dish like a pea soup with meat) which is one of the most ordered dishes of customers. Very tasty cakes are also prepared here. There are 8 pools in the separate section of the restaurant to grow fish. It is possible to store 4 tons of fish in each of the pools. At present, trout, carp, sturgeon fish are grown here, allowing guests to offer fresh fish in all seasons of the year. Each customer can order fish from the pools he likes.

There are greenery and seats in the territory of the restaurant. When we were here, we talked to individual customers. We learned that the service provided to the customers in the restaurant, the diversity of dishes, the presentation of our national cuisine at the highest level, as well as the provision of cultural services are the sources of satisfaction for tourists coming to our city from foreign countries. It should be noted that the restaurant was awarded the first degree diploma in the “Best Plov” competition at the Plov festival in Nakhchivan in 2016. In addition, it was awarded with honorary decree for active participation in the preparation of culinary exhibition in the “Folk Days” held in the autonomous republic.
