Nakhchivan is the center of civilizations: culture is formed in Nakhchivan. Nakhchivan is the homeland of our great leader Heydar Aliyev: Our flag was taken to the eternal top and it was laid the foundation of our STATEHOOD and INDEPENDENCE, our most valuable keepsake to our future and our youth, in Nakhchivan.

Today, Nakhchivan is a developing modern city, where proper youth army was formed, based on ancient history, rich culture, millennial statehood experience. Today, Nakhchivan is the YOUTH CAPITAL.

Mr. Vasif Talibov, the Chairman of the Supreme Majlis of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic approaches the youth as our secure future, and takes care of this area. These conditions create opportunities for young people to grow up healthy, study, get a profession and become a precious citizen. Today we are proud that our young are the SOLDIERS who shield themselves against the enemy; healing DOCTORS; SCIENTISTS; DIPLOMATS, representing their state with honor; ENGINIEERS who construct buildings and build roads in our towns and villages, WRITERS, who are able to say their ideas with pencil, JOURNALISTS; PARENTS who grow up healthy children, especially CITIZENS who are abided to the ideas of our great leader Heydar Aliyev and choose their life as a future way of independent Azerbaijan...

In this sense, the election of the Nakhchivan as the YOUTH CAPITAL of Azerbaijan for 2018 is another expression and the VICTORY of the CARE, ATTENTION AND CONFIDENCE to our future.
