A new director was appointed to the Tourism Department of the Autonomous Republic-DECREE

On April 24, the Chairman of the Supreme Majlis of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov signed a decree on appointing Akbar Novruzov as director of Tourism Department of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

According to Naxcivantv.az, the decree states:

“Governed by the22nd paragraph of II Part of Article 5 of the Constitution of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, I hereby resolve:

To appoint Akbar Nadir oglu Novruzov as director of Tourism Department of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic”.

It should be noted that the Chairman of the Supreme Majlis of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov signed a Decree on measures to improve state administration in the sphere of culture and tourism on April 23. On the basis of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the Ministry of Culture of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and the Tourism Department of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic were established by that decree.

A. Novruzov, the new director of the department, has served as head of Tourism Department at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic before.
