Following the   paragraph 21 of  part II of article 5 of the Constitution of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic I decree:

For effective activity in the field of culture in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic:

Hasanova Gariba Ibrahim’s daughter - awarded honorary title  “Honored artist”
