Regular competitions, contests, views and exhibitions are held regularly in order to reveal young talents, to increase their creative potential and to ensure their effective activities in the future.

On October 9, at Julfa Culture House, the Culture and Tourism Department of Julfa Region and the Youth Union of the department organized an exhibition of the paintings by Hasanova Gullu, circle member of culture house of Milakh village, and the circle member of Gulustan Culture house Zeynalli Gulay.

Head of the Culture and Tourism Department of Julfa Region Parvin Hasanov stated that children are the mirrors of the society. How they are brought up today, how they understand their surroundings, they will become part of the society with that thought in the future. So the society will also be formed by their thinking styles. The growth of children and adolescents as a decent individual depends on the care and attention shown to them. Growth in the cultural needs of children and adolescents has increased day by day and it should be taken into consideration. As a result of the policy carried out by our state, nowadays children and adolescents grow up as worthy citizens of the future.

During the event, both young artists were presented with honorary orders of the department and valuable presents.

At the end of the event the exhibition of young artists was viewed.
