The talented student gave a solo concert

A solo concert by Sakina Guliyeva, a 3rd year student at the Nakhchivan Music College's piano specialty, was held at the “Ganclik (Youth)” Center in Nakhchivan.

Before the concert, a video reflecting the musical life of the college and the achievements of the talented student was demonstrated.

Nakhchivan Music College, created to educate skilled musicians in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, to attract talented young people to music education, to keep alive our national musical instruments and folk songs, as well as to study the works of classical and modern world composers, is still contributing to the training of young musicians. Sakina Guliyeva is also a talented student. This talented student, awarded diplomas at the young pianists' competitions held in Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, also takes an active part in the social life of the college. Sakina Guliyeva, awarded the grant for talented youth by the Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, skillfully performs the works of Azerbaijani, European and Russian composers. The talented student learns the national and European music well and delivers the idea of these works to the listeners ably.

The concert, in which the songs of Azerbaijani and world composers were performed, ended with the performance of the “Gaytaghi” song of the well-known composer Tofig Guliyev.

At the end, Gunay Aliyeva, the director of Nakhchivan Music College, said that the solo concerts of talented students had become a tradition. It was noted that this was the second solo concert of Sakina Guliyeva.

It was noticed that the teacher of this student was Narmina Gadimova, the Honored Teacher of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
