The youth of this land are free and happy. Because, there are all conditions for their comprehensive development.

Young people benefit from the proper conditions created, prepare themselves for the future.

Selection of this ancient land as Youth Capital where proper young people are formed for our homeland makes us too proud. Along with a sense of honor and pride, this significant event, of course, sets serious responsibility for us, and we are aiming for new projects.

In the real sense of the word, Nakhchivan is the land of intelligent, educated, knowledgeable and talented youth.

We believe that Nakhchivan will be one of the places where the country's youth will address and joint projects will take place in 2018. This will have exceptional importance to convey the truth about Nakhchivan to the international community,   promoting our history and culture, the achievements gained during the years of independence.

In other words, there are many reasons for the selection of Nakhchivan as Youth Capital. Because, ancient Nakhchivan is the land of prominent scientists and statesmen. Our young people are their contemporaries.

Everyone is impressed by its rich history, unique material and spiritual cultural monuments. Young people are firmly protecting their history and culture. As a result of the measures undertaken over recent years, the appearance of this land has changed considerably and the infrastructure has been substantially renovated. Young people are actively involved in these measures. It has exquisite nature monuments - ice springs, emerald forests, and beautiful plains. Young people are the loyal guards of this nature. Nakhchivan is a city combines history and modernism, Western modernism with Eastern architectural style. As a young person, I'm very happy to live in this ancient and modern city where national values are protected   where young people are provided with all-round conditions, and in any sense can be an example for other regions of the country!
