Educative tour-campaigns under the slogan "Let's discover our country" started

In accordance with the instruction of the President of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev, educative tour-campaigns for the pupils of the cities and regions of our republic under the slogan "Let's discover our country" started on March 15, in Nakhchivan.

Within the framework of the tour-campaign, 160 students, who achieved high results in the test exams in Nakhchivan, accompanied by 20 guide-teacher, left Nakhchivan International Airport for Baku.

The schoolchildren will visit the grave of national leader Heydar Aliyev at the Alley of Honor, and the Alley of Martyrs, they will get acquainted with the Heydar Aliyev Center and other important cultural and historical places.

Murad Guluzadeh, the XI grade pupil of Nakhchivan city secondary school No.2, the participant of this tour-campaign, said that holding such tour-campaigns allowed to learn about the history, culture and traditions of our country. Murad Guluzadeh, who noted that he would observe the development of our capital during his visit to Baku, said: "Thanks to the project initiated by the Head of State, we will discover our country. I express my gratitude to the President for giving us this opportunity".

Oruj Aliyev, the XI grade pupil of Nakhchivan city secondary school No.12, said: "Let's discover our country" tour-campaign will have a great impact on the enrichment of the schoolchildren's outlook. We will be able to visit the historical places that we have not seen so far, get closely acquainted with our capital Baku and get new information."
