By the organization of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the master class was conducted for the teachers and students at the Sharur city Children's Art School named after Bahruz Kangarli on March 29.
Before the master class, Leyla Alimardanova, the Head of the sector of music development and work with educational institutions of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, said that the main purpose of these lessons is to improve the quality of teaching, to develop students’ skills and abilities.
Then, the well-known teachers and musicians of the autonomous republic - Bahruz Khalilov, the teacher on the garmon at Nakhchivan city Children's Music School No.3 named after S.Rajabov, Abulfat Babayev, the Honored Artist of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic on kamancha, Chingiz Babayev, the teacher on the violin at the Nakhchivan city Children's Music and Art School, Jalil Ismayilov, the teacher on the tar at the Nakhchivan Music College conducted master classes for the teachers and students.
Bahruz Khalilov who conducted master class on the garmon said that this musical instrument has a unique way of perform. The teacher should also teach students the technical capabilities of this musical instrument and instill in music habits.
Abulfat Babayev, the Honored Artist of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic who conducted master class on the kamancha gave detailed information about the instrument and explained its creative opportunities. Then he informed the students about the works performing on the kamancha. It was noted as other musical instruments, in the kamancha, the student needs to instill in practice habits and perform appropriate songs on kamancha.
Chingiz Babayev, the teacher on the violin mentioned that the collective or individual performances of students should be taken into consideration. The tasks and requirements set out in the performance of the violin should be accurately fulfilled. Students should be able to analyze their works in terms of form, style, texture and performance, note reading level should be satisfied.
Jalil Ismayilov informed that tar is an ancient musical instrument of Azerbaijan people. Teaching the students to play the tar musical instrument during the teaching process, the students should also be practiced the habit of learning, taking into consideration their individual qualities they should given creative approach. The teacher should know the methodology of tar teaching.
After the master classes, the questions of the students and teachers were answered.
