By the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic the events related to the memorable and historical days were held, the activities of the museums were kept in the attention, in the Museum of History-Ethnography of Ordubad Region the training seminar was held for the museum staff  in July. During the month the collectives of ministries, committees and head offices that those are more than 40, got acquainted with the museums, totally 130973 visitors visited the museums that 2868 of them were foreigners.

The activity of the museums was kept in the attention and region a zone consultation on librarywas heldin Sharur. In the libraries 7 events took place related to the jubilees of the writers and poets and exhibitions were organized. By the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Children’s Library 3 book exhibitions were organized under the title “Love the books, books are the source of knowledge”, in the kindergartens under the title “The tale day” 33 events were held. In July 6429 readers came to the libraries, 29191 books were given to the readers. 511 readers used e-library of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Library.

In the historical monument “Alinjagala” was held “Folk art day”, and also by the Departament of Culture and Tourism of Shahbuz Region with the participation of folklore collectivies was organized“Folklore day”.

Last month the work in the field of finding out and propagating the tourism potential of autonomous republic was continued. During the month in “Sale center of creative art and paintings, different types of productions related to our histoty and cullture” were sold 33 of 118 handmade items, for the people who serve in taxi service were organized excursions to the museums. With the inhabitants of the villages Ganza, Nusnus, Andamij of Ordubad region educational meetings were held related to the development of rural-green tourism. During the report period Nakhchivan Tourism Information Center had 8743 views on the page of social network ”Facebook”  and 1473views in “Youtube” videoportal page. 27 foreign countries, 17 tourism companies and 2 tourism information centers located in regionswere sent information  about the tourism potential of autonomous republic.
