Opening of the exhibition dedicated to the national leader Heydar Aliyev

An exhibition of paintings dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the national leader Heydar Aliyev was launched at the Exhibition Hall named after Bahruz Kangarli of the Artists' Union of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

Chairman of the Supreme Majlis of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov visited the exhibition on May 10.

It was reported that the exhibition featured portraits of 32 artists dedicated to the great leader, about 100 paintings, models and decorative figures in the genres of landscape, still life, mixed composition, depicting historical monuments, nature and modern development of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

"Nakhchivan Cradle of Humanity" by Honored Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ulviyya Hamzayeva, works by Honored Artist of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Habiba Allahverdiyeva, Hamza Sadigov, Ali Safarli dedicated to the national leader, Pasha Rahimov's "Portrait of the national leader in the background of landscape", Eldar Zeynalov's "Meaningful life", Gahraman Taghiyev's "Nakhchivan", and the works of young artists Arzu Novruzov, Laman Mammadova, Tural Rahimov and others were met with interest.

The Chairman of the Supreme Majlis presented the portrait of national leader Heydar Aliyev prepared with beads to the Artists' Union of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

The Chairman of the Supreme Majlis said that the works, which were exhibited at the exhibition dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the national leader Heydar Aliyev, were properly chosen by their content, and the respect of the artists to the great leader was expressed in each work. He thanked the artists and organizers of the exhibition.

Honored Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ulviyya Hamzayeva thanked the Chairman of the Supreme Majlis on behalf of the members of the Artists' Union of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic for the conditions created for the work of artists.
